Email [email protected] and include the device you are using, your iOS or macOS version, what you expected to happen, and a sample link or QR code if the problem is safe to share.

Before you email

  • Make sure you are on the latest App Store version.
  • If a link is not cleaning correctly, send the original URL and the result you expected.
  • If QR scanning fails, tell us whether the code came from a website, email, printout, or another app.
  • Remove anything sensitive before you send screenshots or sample links.
